"CLOSE on the heels of what was seeming to be a major flashpoint in the making, Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh, who had threatened to quit the party over his differences with party colleague Azam Khan, climbed down from his belligerent posturing and said "everything is normal."Talking to the mediapersons on Tuesday, shortly after his remarks in the backdrop of what he called "abuses" hurled at him by Azam Khan, which had suggested a rift in the party, Amar Singh said, "I can leave the world but I can't leave the party."He clarified there were no more differences in the party over actress- turned-politician Jayaprada being fielded from Khan's hometown in Rampur.Earlier, the two senior leaders of SP had been locked in an uneasy Relationship, ever since Khan, an influential leader in western Uttar Pradesh, started campaigning against Jayaprada's candidature in Rampur from where she had won in 2004.Amar Singh said in the strongest remarks yet on his role in the SP, "I know where I stand. The day I feel I have had enough, I will say goodbye to Mulayamji and leave the party."

Mr. Amar Singh, you are such a drama. Why do you need to do drama all the time. Do you have any consistency or weight of words. You should be an actor rather than a politician, waise bhi you always want these actors & actresses around you to get all the media attention. But i must say this is the the only qualification you have got. Sir now that you have made a lot of money being in this business, try to do something for the society also, else you go to Mumbai & try your luck in some c grade indian movie as a good director will definately reject you...

I am not in the run for the PM's post: Mulayam ---- Stop Joking....no one want you either....

"Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav has said he is not in the race for prime minister's post, but his aim is to form a "secular" government at the Centre.

He said for this reason only his party had supported the Congress on nuclear deal issue.

"The post of the Prime Minister or a union minister is not important for me than forming a secular government at the Centre. I am not in the race for the Prime Minister's post," Yadav said. "

Sir how can you even dream of becoming the Prime Minister of this country. I request you to win the election from any place in UP which has all the educated class. I gurantee you can make fool of them. Yes the poor public of this country still get fooled by you and your party & also the other parties in UP playing the similar CASTE CARD of diving the society. But you guys should not even be in the politics, coz then you will make the other places like the lawless state of UP.

Are we short of Good people that we need People Like Sunjay Dutt convicted of a Henious Act.

NDTV- 30th March--"Actor-politician Sanjay Dutt will know if he can contest elections when the Supreme Court delivers its verdict on Monday.

Sanjay Dutt had been convicted in 1993 Mumbai blasts case and sentenced to 6 years jail term.
Currently, he is on bail granted by the Supreme Court. Dutt filed a petition in Supreme Court to suspend his conviction so that he can contest Lok Sabha polls.
Earlier, bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt had moved Supreme Court to suspend his conviction and sentence to enable him to contest Lok Sabha elections.

Samajwadi Party had already indicated that Dutt would be its candidate from Lucknow.

Law prohibits a person to contest polls if he is convicted for more than two years. However if sentence and conviction are stayed by court pending appeal, one can contest. "

Are our Oldie & corrupt politicans resigned or dead that we need some one convicted for his role in the biggest terrorois Act ever just coz he played Munnabhai in a movie taking all fully opposite his acts thorough out his life. A privious drug addict, friend & aide of terrorist & mumbai underworld even till few years back( his conversation with the underworld don just couple of years back). How can we trust a person who has been anti social all his life, just coz his father & mothers were good people doesn't prove him good after all the dirty acts he is been doing all his life.
